The 35kV New Mobile Load Transfer Cabin Was Successfully Put into Operation
The 35kV mobile substation of Wangdian Substation is equipped with 2 transformers, with a capacity of 2×20000kVA/unit, 2 (35kV) incoming lines, 16 (10kV) outgoing lines, 2 capacitor intervals, two groups of 35kVPT and two groups of 10kVPT. The station is an overall new project, participated by TSTY Electric. The primary switch, transformer, and secondary protection must be replaced with new equipment. The process requirements and technical conditions are high, and the construction is difficult. The implementation period is 60 days, so the time is tight, and the tasks are heavy.
TSTY’s transformer core is laminated with imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce noise. High and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper, and low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt double-layer cylindrical structure. 630kVA and above adopt double helix or four helix structure, high voltage winding adopts multilayer cylindrical structure.
The transformer connection group uses Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, which prolongs the service life, does not require hanging cores and maintenance. The measured noise value is lower than the standard. After this series of transformers have been transported normally, the relevant parts can be installed without core inspection, and they can be put into operation once the acceptance test is qualified.
TSTY’s combined substation puts the transformer body, high voltage load switch, fuse and other components together in the transformer tank. Because of the immersion in oil, the volume of the components is greatly reduced, the structure is more compact, and the installation is convenient and flexible. It is fully insulated, and has fully sealed structure, safe and reliable, easy to operate, and maintenance-free. It is widely used in residential quarters, commercial centers, factories and mining enterprises, airports, stations, schools and other places.
