Multi-Country Clients Visit TSTY Factory

October 22, 2026

Recently, as the ripple effects of international trade events—such as the Canton Fair—continue to unfold, TSTY’s manufacturing base in Henan has seen a surge in visits from overseas clients. Delegations from countries including Ghana, Zimbabwe, Italy, the United States, Malaysia, and Colombia have arrived to conduct in-depth assessments of the company’s production capabilities and quality control processes, as well as to carry out rigorous pre-shipment inspections of the equipment slated for delivery.

TSTY Electric Co., Ltd.

Deep Dive into the Workshop: Witnessing Robust Manufacturing Capabilities

During their multi-day visit, the clients toured TSTY’s production facilities, including the oil-immersed transformer workshop, the epoxy resin dry-type transformer production line, and the final assembly lines for high- and low-voltage switchgear and package substations. The visitors showed a keen interest in the factory’s level of automation. TSTY’s production base is currently equipped with intelligent AGVs, CNC cutting and bending machinery, and automated assembly lines, achieving an automation rate of over 90%. At the core-stacking station, the clients—hailing from Italy and the United States—inquired in detail about the cutting and stacking processes for silicon steel sheets. Upon learning that TSTY utilizes 0.23mm high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel and a seven-step, 45-degree fully mitered joint process—which effectively reduces no-load losses—the clients expressed their appreciation for the company’s manufacturing precision.

For clients from African markets such as Ghana and Zimbabwe, TSTY’s technical team highlighted specialized anti-corrosion solutions designed for high-temperature, high-humidity, and salt-mist environments. TSTY has previously supplied a significant volume of power equipment to countries including Zambia, Mozambique, and Côte d’Ivoire, and has established an overseas office in Zambia, allowing the company to accumulate extensive experience in adapting equipment to the operating conditions of African power grids. After examining the multi-layer anti-corrosion coatings on the transformer tanks, the client from Zimbabwe noted that such targeted technical details are precisely what they look for when evaluating long-term reliability.

Pre-shipment Inspection: Delivering Quality Promises Through Data

During this visit, the client’s primary objective was to conduct a pre-shipment inspection of completed orders. Within TSTY’s CNAS-accredited laboratory and testing facilities, the client observed the entire routine testing process for the transformers—including voltage ratio measurements, DC resistance tests, insulation resistance checks, and power-frequency withstand voltage tests.

The TSTY quality inspection team presented the client with comprehensive test records. Equipped with over 220 sets of specialized testing instruments, the company subjects every product to rigorous testing protocols before it leaves the factory, ensuring a 99.8% pass rate for delivered units. Upon completing the inspection of their ordered package substations, the client representative remarked: "From coil winding to the final power-on test, TSTY’s process control aligns perfectly with the technical specifications we learned about at the exhibition. This gives us even greater confidence in our long-term partnership moving forward."

Global Footprint, Localized Service

The high volume of recent client visits not only underscores the success of TSTY’s latest exhibition engagements but also reflects a growing preference among global buyers for suppliers with comprehensive, end-to-end industrial chain capabilities. To date, TSTY’s products have been exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide. The company has established overseas offices and service support hubs in locations including Ethiopia, Colombia, Zambia, Kenya, and Turkmenistan, ensuring faster response times and localized technical support.

As these clients complete their factory audits and product inspections, the corresponding equipment is being prepared for shipment. According to the head of TSTY’s overseas operations, clients travel great distances to visit the factory not merely to inspect the equipment, but to gain transparency into the company’s manufacturing systems and quality culture. Leveraging its full-spectrum product portfolio in transformers and energy storage, TSTY remains committed to providing comprehensive, full-lifecycle services—from equipment supply to operations and maintenance—for power and new energy projects worldwide.
