It utilizes oil-immersed insulation and cooling technology, using natural cooling, air cooling, water cooling, or forced oil circulation to ensure stable operation under various loads. Its core structure includes key components such as the core, windings, oil tank, oil pillow, radiator, insulating bushing, tap changer, and gas relay. Body Assembly: Utilizes integrated laminated wood and multi-strand flexible copper leads, adhering to superior industry standards for core manufacturing processes. The clamping plates are made of single-piece electrical-grade laminated wood—molded as a solid unit without seams—ensuring high insulation strength. The leads consist of multi-strand flexible copper wire wrapped in insulation; this design offers excellent flexibility and effectively absorbs shocks and vibrations, making it particularly suitable for long-distance transport and navigation over challenging road conditions.

Five key anti-corrosion upgrades ensure suitability for extreme environments: stainless steel bolts eliminate the risk of seizing; a transition from right angles to rounded contours enhances coating adhesion; a three-step pretreatment process (shot blasting, pickling, and phosphating) is employed; and C5-grade electrostatic powder coating (150μm thickness) provides salt spray resistance exceeding 1,000 hours. Additionally, rubber protective sleeves are used during lifting to ensure damage-free delivery.
