Our client, an Austrian brewery, needed to expand its brewing facility and add an automated bottling line to meet growing market demand. Therefore, a new power distribution solution was urgently needed. This project faced challenges such as power supply continuity, stability, environmental protection, and space constraints. To address these challenges, TSTY provided the client with a customized 800kVA packaged substation. This substation serves not only as a power distribution center but also as a comprehensive energy node supporting green brewing.
Key Features of the Solution:
1. High-performance dry-type transformers are flame-retardant, moisture-resistant, and low-loss, with extremely low operating noise, fully meeting the indoor installation requirements of the food and beverage industry.
2. The power distribution system is designed for extremely high power reliability and includes optional power quality control devices, ensuring stable and pure power for its precision brewing equipment.
3. The compact modular design addresses space constraints within the facility, enabling quick "plug-and-play" installation.

Enclosure Design: The enclosure is constructed of high-quality galvanized steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. The exterior color can be customized according to customer requirements.
Sealing and Protection: High-grade sealing (IP54) effectively prevents the intrusion of dust, moisture, and insects, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of internal electrical components, in line with the hygiene management concepts of the food industry.
